EB-4 Employment-Based Immigrant Visas (Green Cards)

The EB-4 category is for “special immigrants,” as defined under the Immigration and Nationality Act, section 101(a)(27).  Examples include:

  • Ministers of religion;
  • Employees of international organizations;
  • Employees of the U.S. Government;
  • Dependents of juvenile courts or in state custody; and
  • Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces.
