EB-4 Employment-Based Immigrant Visas (Green Cards)
The EB-4 category is for “special immigrants,” as defined under the Immigration and Nationality Act, section 101(a)(27). Examples include:
- Ministers of religion;
- Employees of international organizations;
- Employees of the U.S. Government;
- Dependents of juvenile courts or in state custody; and
- Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces.
